How It Works
Before Your Cruise
We collect your luggage from your home approximately 2-7 working days before departure.
Your luggage is securely transported to the port and delivered to the Balmoral shortly after she arrives, ensuring it is amongst the first luggage delivered to guest cabins.
After Your Cruise
The evening before disembarkation, leave your luggage outside your cabin door.
After You disembark, a Baggex representative will meet you at the baggage hall exit, collect your luggage, and arrange delivery back to your home within 5-7 working days.
